Review: We have been reviewing children's books for use as pew missals in our parish. The Mass for Children offers basic information on the parts of the Mass and offers enough of the common prayers, (Gloria, Profession of Faith, etc.) that children will be able to follow most of the Mass. The illustrations are adequate, if somewhat bland. The illustration for the reception of Eucharist depicts reception on the tongue.
