Summary: A Toddler's dream boardbook!
Review: DK publishing knows their toddler audience down to a science! This boardbook will not disappoint, and it's worth it's weight in gold! The difference between DK scratch & sniff books and others is that DK's scratch & sniff area is a little longer than a post-it-note in both lenght and width. They have mastered their smells too, my daughter loves the banana, orange and strawberries pages and I love the spicy pizza - to me it smells like fresh basil! The scratch and sniff areas seem to last longer than other scratch and sniff book! My daughter brings this book to me atleast 1 time each day and then we read it 3 or 4 times! I too have a hard time keeping my daughter from licking the pages!

You can't go wrong purchasing any DK books!

Summary: Toddlers LOVE scratch and sniffers
Review: I actually picked this book up in a store when he was about 15 months old to occupy him. I quickly found that I would have to purchase the book. My son just wouldn't part with it. He learned how to "sniff" different things from using this book. He played with it so long and hard, he nearly destroyed it! He is 21 months now and still plays with the book daily. The smells are true to life and last well even under the worst abuse.

Review: I picked up this book in a half priced book store and it STILL had smell galore and on top of that it wasn't all scratched looking! It really holds up!! The smells are very accurate - unlike many other scratch and sniff books we have! My son ADORES the pizza page. This book got me to buy all the other ones in this series!

Review: My children love this book! The smells are wonderful and have lasted a long time! Smell Bananas, Pizza, Oranges, Chocolate and Strawberries. The hardest part is trying to get my 1 year old to not lick the pages :)

Summary: It's SENSE - SATIONAL simply put
Review: My daughter, now 4 - has had DK books since she was months old. Food has always been her top choice....... with perfectly scented bananas, pizza, oranges, chocolate and strawberries...what's not to like. 4 years of scratching and I think they smell as perfectly as the day we bought it. I'm talking about an unbelievable amount of scratching here. DK has always meant quality and their scratch n' sniff series just can't be beat. Make no mistake, these aren't just for babies/toddlers as my daughter has requested Scratch and Sniff Party for her 4th Birthday and WE are BOTH anticipating it's arrival.

Summary: Fun for a while
Review: My one year old initially liked this book a lot because of the scratch and sniff smells. When I first held up the smells of the different foods to him, you could see the surprise written on his face. But within a few days, his interest started to lag. This is a fun book for a young child, but don't expect it to hold their attention for long.

Review: Our 15 month old dives into this book "nose" first! She loves all of the scents and can name each item on each page. Subsequently, we have purchased the garden book too. Great buy!!!!

Review: We LOVE this book! We have *almost* all of the 'Touch and Feel' books and this is a favorite! The bananas, oranges and strawberries n' creme smell good enough to eat! Our babies are currently 9 months old and the smell is strong enough that I know they can smell it eventhough they aren't old enough to 'sniff'. It's worth it to see the faces they make, especially when they smell the spicy pizza!! Thumbs up!
