Summary: super book
Review: I enjoyed reading this book with my 10 yr. old grandson. The two main characters, Annie & Jack, prove that children can have fun using their imagination by reading a book and traveling through time using their imagination. The book provided useful information regarding Mummies in ancient Egyptian times and certainly kept my 10 yr. old's attention. From beginning to end, we found it to be an exciting and great little story that didn't take too long to read. We will certainly read more of the Magic Tree House books. We recommend it highly!!

Summary: Spooky Book
Review: Jack and Annie help Queen of the Nile, Hutepi, travel to the new world. They helped her find the Book of the Dead and lead her to the Underworld to get her to the next life.

The book was very interesting because Jack and Annie help Hutepi read pictures that make up words. It was pretty cool to read about a ghost queen that couldn't see very well!

Summary: A Thrilling Trip to Ancient Egypt
Review: Once again, Mary Pope Osborne has created an exciting adventure for Jack and Annie. This time, the children are swept away back to the "time of the pyramids." Once there, they follow a strange black cat into a pyramid. From there the adventure truly begins.

The children become lost and trapped in the pyramid. Soon after, they meet up with an Egyptian Queen, however, this Queen has been dead for thousands of years and has been trapped in the pyramid. It is up to Jack and Annie to help her find her Book of the Dead so that she can have safe passage to the underworld. Not only do they meet this long dead Queen, but they also get another clue about the mysterious "M" person.

The book moves at a fast pace and definitely keeps the attention of readers both young and old. Very easy to read for younger children, this book is highly recommended.

Summary: Mummies are cool
Review: This isn't really one of the good Magic Tree House books, but I'd have to say that this is written very well, from some people's point of view. It all starts when Jack and Annie are taken back to Egypt, with a black cat, and they find a parade, which is a mirage. So the only choice being to follow the black cat, they follow him into a pyramid, and the fun begins. What happens next? You'll have to read the exciting book, "Mummies In The Morning". Enjoy!!!
