Review: I really liked this book! My mom did not care for it though. She said some of the language was bad and that she dis not like some of the arthur's refrences to things. I really liked the charachter EVE. She was so spunky! Sometimes I can really relate to her!

Summary: Worst Enemy
Review: This book is telling you to be yourself and don't act how your friends want you to act. It isn't hard to get the moral of this story, but it isn't hard to read it either. I think at the end you will like Eve, the main character, better. You will get to know her a lot better through her essays.

This book is about a girl named Eve who as to move because her mom goes back to work when her father lose his job. She turns herself into the person that her parents want her to be. She makes friends with two popular girls named Lisle and Kristen. They treat everyone as if were garbage. She has to convince to Lisle that she is a normal girl. I liked Eve a lot better when she was the old Eve because she wasn't a liar then.

Can she do it or will she fail and become the old Eve? You will just have to read "My Own Worst Enemy" by Carol Sonenklar. For girls ages 9-15.
