Review: This book is awsome~ It has many tips from shopping to one ingridient masks.I tried some and they really work!Need a lift? read it! It tells you which foods you should eat from fast food restaurants.This book helped me be healthy,inside and out! But it has not one picture , so i gave it 4 stars inside of 5,since i like seeing an image of what they mean.
