Summary: Great Supplimentary Text
Review: As a sixth grade teacher in California, I am often challenged by the fact that many of my Resource and ELD students have difficulty reading and comprehending the grade level text on Ancient Civilizations. This is a great supplimental book for these students. They are able to study the same civilizations as the rest of the class and participate in classroom discussions and projects because they are able to read and understand this text. It gives them a great sense of accomplishment to be able to do so!
