Review: An excellent way to reveal your emotional state to your family, colleagues, etc. We started with one for me and soon added one for each of the other members of the family to encourage everyone, regardless of age, to think about and label his/her feelings.

Review: It looks cute and is listed as an item for young readers, but it works equally effectively for adolescents and adults. It provides an opener or a warning especially for those who have a hard time expressing themselves or have difficulty identifying how they feel. Too bad some people think because it's cartoonish, it's childish. The faces downplay the seriousness and make it less intimidating and embarrassing for some people to openly express their feelings.
