Review: Do the boy cubs not want Sister Bear around simply because she is a girl or is it that she is boastful about being better than the (older) cubs? Should Papa Bear force the boys to let Sister Bear in their club or is there a better way to handle this situation? It highlights that it is important to be a good winner and promotes resolving issues in a win-win manner (rather than ripping your adversary limb from limb). My son enjoyed this book. After reading it he said he was going to start a club for his boy friends and his girl friends. His sign would say "No Bullies Allowed".

Review: I absolutely loved this book because it good for children between the ages of 4-8, thats when girls and boys dont really like to hang out because they have "cooties". This book teaches boys and girls that its okay to play around each other. I understand that it does get very annoying when a younger sibiling follows you around, all the time!!! I liked it how after brother bear made his "No girls allowed club" how sister bear retaliated and made a club where she baked food and all the boys wanted to come and eat it, even though he wouldnt let her into his club she let him into hers. But after she let him into hers brother bear let sister bear and her friends come over to his club and took down the "No girls allowed sign" and said "Girls welcome"!! It was a great story.

Summary: Twenty Years and i still love it...
Review: I have owned this book for almost twenty years now and i still read it all the time...and im almost 25. The story is thoughtful and funny at the same time, and who didnt want a club house with a drawbridge as a kid...good for children and growups alike...five stars

Summary: the great cookout
Review: I was probably around seven when I read this book. It really sparked my imagination. Now, at 25, I still remember the clubhouse and the cook-out with the salmon and the honeycomb. I don't know what that means, but for it to be this memorable almost 20 years later has to mean something!

Review: In this book every one learns a lesson. Sister bear learns that sometimes life isn't fair and others can be very mean. She also finds out that she dosen't need every one else to have something she enjoys. Brother bear and his friends learn that when you don't share and make others feel welcome that it will come back, and it won't be as funny. It has a very good lesson to it.

Review: No Girls Allowed was a good book. It was about sister bear always wanting to hangout with brother bear and she was always slowing them down but, soon she started beating the boys in all of their activities. She was a bad winner she would hoot and holler and do cartwheels. The boys got sick of it and decided to ditch her. They made a club and no girls were allowed, so she and papa bear and the other sister bears around decided to build their own fort and they did and decided to invite the boys in so the boys invited them to their club. The book would be for ages 2-7. It teaches kids that no matter if someone is annoying they have feelings too and you should conceder them.

Review: This book teachs kids that boys and girls are the same and should be treated the same. When brother bear makes a club house for boys only what is Sister to do?
