Much like Chronicle’s ABC Block Books: 26 Board Books in a Box!, each tiny chunky book features a letter of the alphabet on the cover, and four illustrated and captioned related objects within ("Apple," "Acorn," "Ant," "Airplane"). Favorite Nick Jr. characters star in some of the illustrations (Blue wears ice skates in "I," for example, and Dora rides a train in "T"), but for the most part the images are simple and easily identifiable to any budding alphabet scholar ("Nut," "Whale," "Piano"). A handsome and colorful box houses the set, which will undoubtedly be used as much for tower building as for vocabulary building.
