Summary: Awonderful healing book to raise self esteem in your child.
Review: Or indeed in yourself. The simple, yet profound, affirmations are accompanied by gorgeous, colourful images of the soul undertaking positive activities - my son's favourite is the image of the spirit skipping down a waterfall to the affirmation "I am free to be me", while my own favourite is the soul resting in a circle of protection, supported by two angels (my son used to think they were mummy & daddy) accompanied by the text "I am safe". A lovely book that has stood the test of time over several years in our family.

It will guide that growing being into self-confidence and into love for life and all in it. By the way, this book isn't too shabby for an adult's inner child!
