Rating: Summary: This is just horrible Review: Nothing can replace the real Bible, and they come up with all these stupid stories that end with lines like, "You shall be punished, son." This is the craziest book ever written!!! Save your money.

Rating: Summary: Save your money, read the Bible instead Review: This book is specifically meant for but not suitable for children. The October 1 entry is a story about a young girl who shares an ugly secret about something her uncle did that made her feel dirty. I'll let you guess the rest.
Aside from the fact that this story is completely inappropriate for children, there is absolutely no connection between it and the quoted verse in Mathew 11: 28-30
We chucked our book in the garbage.
Rating: Summary: Inspiring Review: This devotional helps me to focus on God alot better. If you are looking for the right devotional try this one, it's GREAT!
Rating: Summary: Yikes! Review: We're here trying to find a replacement for this text because the daily messages frequently ask the reader to accept Jesus as their Savior. It just doesn't make sense. I thought this book was supposed to be for practicing Christians, not for trying to convert your kids. Not everyone is of the Born Again variety and really, what could kids at this age be doing that they need to confess their sins, repent and accept Jesus every week?
