Surely it's hard to match the excitement of a multimillion-dollar, Gen X-targeted movie in a mere kids book tie-in, but this earnest little scrapbook does its best. Billed as a backstage pass to the making of Scooby-Doo, the Movie Scrapbook features dozens of stills, on-the-set Q&As with each actor (Sarah Michelle Gellar, Freddie Prinze Jr., Matthew Lillard, and Linda Cardellini), special sections devoted to Scooby's eerie CGI reanimation and other special effects, and a "Scooby-Doo I.Q. test" (a dozen Scooby trivia questions along with the guesses each actor made, a cute idea executed reasonably well). The production is rough (predictably so for a marketing-inspired tie-in), and the interviews don't stray from what you'd find in a movie press kit, but even grownups might like checking out shots from the movie and behind-the-scenes photos.
