Review: My children really enjoy Stuart Murphy's Math Start series. They introduce children to simple math concepts in a colorful format. Of course, you can't expect your children to learn all of their math skills by reading picture books, but they are great supplemental material. And they are great to read to preschoolers so that when it does come time to learn math in school, it is not a completely foreign subject. Spunky Monkeys on Parade is a fun book!
