Summary: Astonishingly incompetent and dishonest
Review: This book is appallingly incompetent and dishonest. A lot of important fossil evidence is passed over in silence (Homo habilis isn't even mentioned), and the few fossils that are discussed are generally misrepresented. There is a steady stream of undocumented misinformation and dubious claims, virtually no correct information, and much sneering at scientists for being foolish and dishonest. Anyone who knows anything about the science of human evolution won't be able to recognize it from this grotesque caricature.

Summary: Dangerous and full of lies
Review: This book should not be given to children (nor anyone else).

Follow this link for a point by point explaination of why this book is laughably incorrect:

Summary: Simplified refute on the evolution theory
Review: Working with many young and inquisitive children, it's often difficult to explain to them the limitation and even the unfactual approach adopted in the evolution theory. Dr Parker has ingeniously presented all these erranous approaches in simplified manner in this book, for children.

Several scientific facts are presented clearly in bright colorful cartoons and simple dialogues. It covers issues like what causes man to have different skin colors, how evolution theory or idea derives from etc.

I strongly recommend this book to teachers or parents who want to clarify the erranous approach of evolution.
