Summary: Hellfire and Brimstone from a Talking Sponge
Review: I just do not understand this book. How is Sponge Bob good for kids when he destroys and breaks things all the time? He is a pop culture symbol associated with drug use! Don't people get it with his underwater sounds and high pitched voice. People do drugs to this show! More importantly, how does Sponge Bob talk underwater? He is on laughing gas! That's right the producers of the show thought it would be funny to have a charcter who sounds like he is on nitrous oxide. Also, can you even believe the sexual innuendos in this show? And it's targeted at kids...that's just wrong, like a yellow Britney Spears. The joke is how parents are sheep to allow their kids to follow this sea urchin with a high pitched voice. The older people who like the show worry me more, because I know what they are smoking!

Summary: Great For SpongeBob Fans
Review: This book was great motivation to get my 7 year old to read! She loves watching Spongebob Square Pants and remembered watching this episode on TV. The book had a very funny story and my daughter laughed a lot. I think it is a wonderful book for fans of Spongebob Square Pants, but maybe not for children who do not watch the show. I plan on purchasing more Spongebob books because they keep her so well entertained.
