Review: This is a new publication/model kit (3/99; "Science Action Book") by Marcus Barbor that is great for ANYONE aged 5 and up. The kit, which is actually both a book and a very accurate and detailed COLOR-CODED brain model allows construction of a brain. The book is written at the grade-school level with extensive color illustrations (which makes it similar to most current introductory college textbooks). Chapter Topics: Brainwatching, Nerves, Sleep and Rest, The Eye, Sight, Sense and Movement, Taste and Smell, Memory, Brain Development, How to assemble your brain model. Everything is well-done, right down to the packaging!
