Summary: :)
Review: A woman related to Dr. James Jaleski, the director of the Project Crescent cloning project, shows up in Amy's life claiming to be her biological mother - according to her, Amy was not one of the thirteen clones after all, but rather, the "blueprint" for the thirteen - the original! She claims that Amy is really Laura Jaleski. Tasha does some Internet research and discovers that Laura actually has a birth certificate! Amy then decides that she is going back to her biological mother and leaves Nancy Candler. Is her choice the right one? --This was one of the best books in the series. I loved how it dealt with Dr. Jaleski's family a little bit more.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Suspenseful, but Amy sure acts like an idiot.
Review: Amy Candler knows that Nancy Candler isn't her birth mother. Infact, no one is. It doesn't matter, because Nancy has taken care of Amy for her whole life. But one day, everything changes. Amy finds a woman who claims to be her real mother--her biological mother--with her own story. Amy begins to doubt her own identity. She begins to wonder why Nancy can't answer all the questions to her past. Who is telling the truth, and what choice should she make that will decide her future?

After hearing about the plot of this Replica book, I was really excited. It seemed like it would be a really good one. I ended up being somewhat disappointed. However, I still enjoyed it. The beginning is very, and I mean very boring. However, when the middle hits, things start to get a little more interesting. But when you finish the book, it'll feel like you haven't really been reading a full novel. Also, I noticed that Amy was such an idiot. How could someone so perfect be acting so stupid? Aside from that, this is a must-read for Replica fans.

Summary: A Great Replica Book
Review: Amy's life is as normal as it can get when you're a clone, until a mysterious woman comes, claiming she is Amy's mother! This was a very interesting book in the series.

Summary: Bookey Pookey
Review: I thought the author did a great job she really opens your feeling and i litterly felt sympathy for Amy cause after 12 years her real mom comes and tells her that she is her real mom. it had an impact on me because it kinda makes you feel sad in life.if i met the author tomorrow i would ask questions like where did you get the idea of writting about a female clone but at the same time make it interesting for most young women to read? Where did you come up with those names? are they based on real life besdies the cloning? I think that the author Marilyn is trying to get young female readers to understand that just because people are differnt cloned or not dosent mean they dont have feelings. I agree with this message because its true and just because people are differnt which they are dosent mean they dont have feelings or emotions. I would rate this novel 5 stars because it deals with young womens promblems and there emotions and also talking about how people are different.

Summary: GOOD, BUT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER
Review: Like I said in the title of this review, it was good, but Kaye could have done a much better job in this installation of the series. It was good enough to keep me interested all the way to the ending, but that was it. The ending was a total flop. It was just like the ending to the book I'M NOT WHO YOU THINK I AM by Peg Kehret. I thought that Camilla was from the organization and trying to kidnap Amy. When I read the preview of this book in the back of number seven, I had different, and better expectations of the book. Not too bad, but not the best either.

Summary: Mothers? they are all alike. Or are they?
Review: Marilyn Kaye does it again. Someone claims to be Amy's mother. Maybe she is. And just when she can use one. It all fits. Or does it? Even thought this is part of a series this book can stand on it's own. The interaction with Amy and her friends is a story in it's self.

Summary: Mothers real meaning
Review: This book was great. It was really suspensful and I think that because Camilla takes Amy and tells her she is really Laura Jaleski. I liked how it was all about moms and suspense on who Camilla really is. Is she from the oraganization or is she really Amy's biological mother? You decide. Along the way you get little hints that make it more suspensful. I also likes the epilouge.

Summary: Wow!!!
Review: This book, the eighth in the Replica series, was so great!! The plot revolves around Amy, a genetically enginered clone. In this book, Amy sees a car always parked outside her house and when she finally confronts the person, she says that she is Amys mother and that the whole clone story was made up and that Nancy really kidnapped her!! It was one of the most suspenceful books in the series. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, not knowing what was going to happen next! Definitely a must read series! Highly recommended!
