Summary: Standing Out AboveThe Rest
Review: Among it's era, Spiral Bridge stands tall as one of the best book during this period in Hardy history.. It was a rather unique volume with the first 50 pages being a volume in itself and the remainder a subsequent to the opening. By page 50, the brothers are at a Dead End thus the chapter "Dead End" is well named. The brothers were at a stand still in solving this case. After a brief 15 pages of little activity they head to Kentucky undercover at a construction site under assumed names using "jailbird language". I absolutely loved this book. It captured your imagination. They were in the great outdoors among the enemy (Sleeping With the Enemy) working side by side with the very criminals they intended to bring to justice. The book is packed with action & suspense. RATED B+

The book I like is the hardy boys. Its about to brothers that go on detective cases. They have 53 books in the series and they live in the town of Bayport. They have a bud named Chet.
I like this book vary much. It has spy work and spenceful stuff like going to a rocky shore and climing it. I would give this book a ten because it is vary cool! by the way the brother's name are Fred and George. That's why I like this book. I am now reading book 45, it's called mystery of the spiral bridge.

Summary: An excellent Hardy boys book...
Review: Expecting the typical flatness and dull reading that characterizes the later Hardy Boys books, I was pleased to read The Spiral Bridge.

To sum it up, Mr. Prito, Tony Prito's father that has his own construction company, is building a bridge, but is terrified that a screw had been missing, nearly causing the workers to fall to there death.

But, it doesn't end there, but I don't want to give the end away.

Of course, after hearing the story, the Hardy Boys go undercover to work for some workers, and of course, solve the mystery.

The description of some of the events and places was marvelous, and I had a great time reading it.

Review: This book (Mystery of the Spiral Bridge (Hardy Boys 45), has been my favorite book since i could read. Mostly because it takes place mostly in Kentucky, my home state. This is where Fenton Hardy is kidnapped. The boys fly to New York to check out a crimional that rhey later find is dead. Ther father is flown in by Jack Wayne, their pilot. Then the boys pack up and high tail it to Kentucky. It is there that they meet danger. Enough danger to get them killed many times over. Will they make it out? Read the book to find out more. I think you will like it if you like action and suspense.
