Description:

William Wegman and his cast of canines are back, and this time Chip is in a bit of a bind. His school report is due and he hasn't got a clue as to what he might want to report on--all he wants to do is take pictures! But write a report he must, so Chip heads downtown in search of a topic. He consults a host of characters--and snaps their photos, too--including fire chief Chundo, construction foreman Culvert, Barry the beautician, and police officer Badgerino, who tells Chip that "ideas come from everywhere. There is no one way. Look in all directions." Chip takes Badgerino's valuable advice and decides that a photo essay is a great idea. After all, a "picture is worth a thousand words!" Wegman does it again with imaginative settings, colorful text, and those delightful Weimaraners.
