Rating: 5 stars
Summary: One of the best dinosaur books of all time
Review: SEARCHING FOR VELOCIRAPTOR, by Lowell Dingus and Mark Norell is a great dinosaur book for kids. I reviewed this book in the local paper (TRI-CITY HERALD) in July, 1997, and called it "a prime example of what a dinosaur book should be: good science and a good story, well told." Sharp photography and, in Velociraptor, a movie star (JURASSIC PARK) subject add to the overall appeal of the book. As a librarian, I appreciate SEARCHING FOR VELOCIRAPTOR.
