Review: The is the 6th installment of the Cupcaked Crusader series, where our hero, Horace Splattly, triumphs over evil with the help of superpowers betstowed on him when he eats cupcakes, concocted by his genius-scientist sister. These books, while somewhat predictable and redundant are fun reads that will engage even the most reluctant reader. These books would also be great read-alouds in younger primary classrooms and might be useful in fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
