Review: This book tells the story of nine different ballets. Some of which are very popular and well known like The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, and Giselle. However some of the others may not be as well known. The book is beautifully illustrated and explains the stories in ways so that they can be understood on many reading levels. This book was very enjoyable and was educational to me. Even those not interested in dance will love these classic stories. Other books will tell the tale of the dance but this one takes home the cake. Because of it's ability to tell the plot in a simple manor, it is a good choice for all ages. I would reccomend this to anyone and cannot wait to see what the author comes up with next.
