Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Outstanding bedtime reading for your own "naughty bunnies"
Review: The late Richard Scarry at his literary and artistic best. The "naughty bunny" has much to learn in terms of his relationship to both his parents and friends. Tastefully drawn are the consequences of overstimulating one's mother with 130 dB of television audio (a hairbrush appears to have been employed) as well as what happens to the purveyor of tattled-tales (kersplat). This book provides the impetus for any number of side-tales you may or may not wish to share about your own life as a "naughty bunny." There is substantial ambiguity in terms of certainty / severity of punishment, so don't expect this book to ever make the Politically Correct Top-100 childrens' book list. Richard Scarry's "Naughty Bunny" is a timeless classic waiting to be installed in your home library. Ten years after discovering it at a discounted, out-of-print book sale my children can still quote many of the vignettes. See if you honestly would handle the "naughty angel" wall-painting event at the book's end as well as his mother did!

Review: This book can be for parents who want there kids to learn the responsibilitys of manners or it can be for kids who just want to have fun reading this book because they will get taught there manners but in a fun way. I think this book is great and how they used bunnys as an example of bad behavior is so cute.
