Rating: 4 stars
Summary: The Kids Around The World Cookbook
Review: This is a great cookbook for introducing children to basic foods from other countries. The recipes are easy to read and include step by step illustrations that make the preparation simple. There is a wonderful sampling of recipies from 23 countries around the world to include Apple Pancakes from the Netherlands, Oat Cookies and Welsh Rarebit from Great Britain, Stuffed Partha from India, Cold Cherry Soup from Hungary, Bobotie and Baked Bananas from Africa, and Lamb Kebabs from Greece. Each recipe includes background information that explains some of the Country's customs and/or the best way to eat the food once prepared. This cookbook is well laid out to make cooking unfamiliar foods easy for children and adults alike.
