Fireflies, Peach Pies & Lullabies

Summary: It is a favorite book of my grandson. Very emotional for me.
Review: My 5 year old grandson has to bring a book home from school each day to be read to him. I pick him up one day at school and guess what book he has. Fireflies, Peach Pies and Lullabyes. He climbs in my lap, before I even begin to read he says, "Nanny, this book will make you cry because the old woman dies". Sure enough it did. Then I have to explain why. I am a 44 year old woman and it touched my heart. The book told what we should look at instead of what we do. It is a fabulous book.
