Summary: one of the best
Review: i loved the alex books so much i've read the whole series 4 times . tessa duder wrote the books so well and i recommend it to anyone who likes a book that gets you totally absorbed . the characters are so real , you'd never know they were fictional it's the same with the whole overal stroy .It really is one of the best series i will ever read." nil bastardio carborundum" quote Alex .hahaha.Alex is such a strong character so full of emotion, so inspiring .I wish she was real so i could meet her . Tom and all are the same . the book has a sort of moral and gives you the view from all sides [as in characters]. truly the best.***********yet it's sad how so many people look up to her and can't see she needs company or some sort of friendship . in the book when she describes Tom as being larger then life , i guess it describes her to and thats why they suit so much .i love it

Review: I was at the secondhand bookstore, reading a book about greatbooks for girls, and it mentioned one I thought I'd seen whilebrowsing the shelves earlier. I went and picked it up, 259-page"In Lane Three, Alex Archer" and decided to get it - itsounded good and was only ... anyway. I spent the next three daysreading little parts of it at a time, and could barely put itdown. The epilogue was especially good, and after finishing it Iimmediately wrote out a new Favourite Books List - there was a new onein first place.

Review: This book was a great book. If you are a swimmer you can relate to all the training and the time you have for everything else. If you have ever dreamed of going to the Olympics this book shows you what you have to need and go through. Alex shows courage and faith in this book. The book also gives examples of a swimmer's friendships and dreams. "In Lane Three, Alex Archer" is a really good book, it tells the story of a swimmer's life when she is training and trying to have fun.

Summary: One of the best books I ever read.
Review: This is a great book for any young, female swimmer, or any one who knows the sport. It not only dealt with the issues of working hard for what you want, but also the good and bad times of growing up and finding out who you are. This book really motivated me to try my best in anything I try. I dont think I will ever get sick of this book( I've read it three times already).I also wish there were more books that dealt with young love the way Tessa Duder did. It was not distastefull in any way,it was very innocent and moving. So my congratulations out to Tessa Duder on a wonderful, inspiring book.**********10 star

Summary: Read this book!
Review: Unlike many of the customers reviewing this book, I am not a swimmer. As far as I can tell, this book can and should be read by anyone no matter what you are interested in! It has everything you could want in a book; drama, comedy, and most importantly, an intrigueing story! Like another reviewer, this is the first book I have ever read that made me cry. I could, and probably will, read this book many times through without tiring of it. I encourage EVERYONE, not only swimmers, to read this wonderful, exciting, and beautifully written book.
