Summary: A warm and fuzzy childhood memory waiting to happen!
Review: I am 19 and I still love this book (as well as all of the Mr.Man collection)! I recently found it amongst some of my old childhood possessions, and it immediately brought a smile to my face! When I was little, my mother let me pick out new Mr.Man books as rewards for good behavior- this was quite exciting for me and I always had trouble choosing which one I wanted the most! I hope kids today still love these books as much as I did. Mr.Jelly has a particularly good message for little ones who are afraid of the dark, mysterious noises,or just about anything, really. Mr.Jelly is a nervous, jumpy blob who gets frightened at the snap of a twig.However, while on a walk one day he runs into a kind soul who used to have the same problem and he gets some good advice. This book has a great message, absolutely adorable illustrations, and it is sure to become a warm and fuzzy childhood memory for any kid who cherishes the Mr.Man books the way I did!
