Summary: One Hungry Cat's division practice
Review: My kindergartener loves this book. Although he doesn't entirely understand mathematical "division," he now knows how to "share" something evenly. The storyline is easy to follow, the cat's misadventures are funny, and the illustrations are just goofy enough to interest us. The story uses three instances of division with a tiny permutation each time. The additional exercises in the back move a bit beyond the content of the book, so they help reinforce the learning.
