Review: Smudge by Clara Truly Newberry was my favorite out of ten children's books I read. Smudge is a cat who loves to get out of his box when his mom goes hunting outside. The main reason this book was my favorite is because I like cats better than dogs.

Review: The book is simple and straightforward. A cute little story about a cat with fantastic illustrations. Great great book for a baby present. All the parents love it! The cat lovers in particular can use this book to spread the word about kitties. Buy more than one to keep on hand.
