Summary: Great adventure tale for girls
Review: A terrific book for girls in early elementary. A twist on all the fairy tales, the mapmaker's daughter goes off to rescue the prince, experiences magic on the journey, and returns to live happily, (but not traditionally)ever after. Gorgeous illustrations! My daughter's older brother liked it, too.
