Review: My name is Laura. I am 9 years old. I read this book that was printed a long time ago. I really like the book because Milicent Margaret Amanda did very interesting things. One of the things she did was sending messages throughout the town by running around town and passing on messages. Her grandmother taught her to sew and she made a surprise pot warmer for the tea kettle. Even though this book was written 75 years ago it is still one my favorite books. I recommend this book to children who can read or their parents can read it to them.
