Summary: What is up with this series?
Review: I don't get it. I mean I used to LOVE the TB series, I mean every day I would go to the bookstore and get the new book and would read it nonstop then come home and write a great review on it. I want to say a few words upon Christina. I HATE THE GIRL! Ok thats out of my system. How can these girls have so many problems but lead the picture perfect life?! It doesn't make sense, if I had a farm with racehorses and (before she was dumb enuf to sell Sterling) a wonderful eventing horse (which I do) then I'd be estaitic and not dwell on little things. Melanie was better before. She was a daredevil, who didn't care what other people think and now she's just so emotional and a bad version of Ashleigh in the books. I do wish so badly that she and Kevin would get back together, Lindsay gets on my nerves. However, I will continue to read them but usually ask someone who has them to borrow it. I just hope you read this, Joanna Campbell or whoever writes these books, because your losing the good touch on these books that I always loved.

Summary: YEA!! A GREAT BOOK!!!
Review: I loved this book wholeheartedly. It was a wonderful break from that stupid Star and I really hope that Image will be in a lot of other books ! She has so much more personality than Star so she should have so much more books than Star!

Summary: Hurray for Melanie!!!
Review: I thought this book was relly great. Melanie is so great in this book for standing up to mean old Brad and trying so hard. I was glad to have a new addition to my blossoming collection. There were some dissapointments though. Still I think Melanie was great. She took care of Image and for once she'll maybe actually get a horse of to bond with just like Christina. That's what's missing in her life.

Summary: The Perfect Book for Horse Lovers!!!!!
Review: Joanna Campbell forgot to put a warning on these books; they are very addictive! I started reading the Thoroughbred series when I was eight and now at almost seventeen I am still reading them! I finished reading this book before I had owned it for 24 hours, because one chapter leads right into the next chapter so you just can't stop! I am now waiting for Star's Chance to come out! This book, "Perfect Image", tells us that because Image was pampered so much she is now wild and she may never be able to race especially if that nasty Brad Townsend gets his hands on her and makes her a sway back brood mare before her time! Will Melanie prove that Image can race before it's too late? She only has a week and with all the little incidents that have been happening is it even possible? This book is a perfect book for all horse lovers, especially girls! I love this series and I hope that my sisters, my children, and grandchildren will read them!

Summary: I have a problem with this book
Review: Okay, fine. Perfect Image was good I guess but it's becoming a bit monotonous... this book and the Bad-Luck filly could have been one book! I don't like the fact that Alice Leonhardt and Mary Anderson are compleatly seperating the two stories and making Image and Star's progress independant of each other. They might aswell just seperate the series into two individual ones. It also bugs me that Christina thinks that she and Star are soooo much better than Melanie and Image. "Image isn't even your horse!" I wouldn't reccomend this book if you haven't read the others before it. And also, I don't think Melanie and Image's storyline is better than Christina's and Star's. I still can't wait for Star's Chance. At least it's a change of scene! Just a thought, but why are they adding in Cindy's story to the actual series instead of making it seperate? Cindy's Lost Diaries looks like a grande flop! I'll give them a miss, the first being #47, Cindy's Desert Adventure. They can't just make up stuff as they go along! I'm sorry, but that's how I feel.

Summary: answering a question for one of you
Review: you Can be the Owner and jockey of a horse... you cant be the trainer and jockey of the horse... which is why ashliegh had jilly ride her horses when she was training. and chris isnt stars trainer so much as his jockey... and chris only owns half of star. ashleigh owns the other half.shes too much of an airhead!!! she hasnt even been into racing for very long just lets see how old is star 2-3 years? thats how long she's been into racing... maybe a little bit less. so for those of you wondering you can be owner and jockey but not trainer and jockey... which is the problem with mel and image. hope that answered your question
