Review: Very nice book. Wonderfull introduction into the extra biblical writings concerning the life of christ. I supose that someone could get hyper critical of this work if they where expecting an exaustive tome. Glenn stated that this was for the common man not for cerebral geeks who could find the same stuff in Farrar or Raymond Brown. The average person would have a hard time plowing through these heady works. Don't start this book before bed or you will be very sleepy the next day at work.
