Rating: Summary: Thought provoking and thoroughly entertaining Review: How grand that I discovered Alton Gansky! After reading Vanished I quickly ordered everything he has written. Terminal Justice was great...I found it to be full of action, with lifelike characters. It posed some moral questions that added yet another dimension to the book. The protagonist is a minister whose wife left him for a member of the congregation. He was shattered emotionally, losing both his confidence and a measure of his faith. He was approached to work as a speechwriter and PR advisor for the world's largest charitable organization. As he begins to find meaning in his life again, and form a budding romance with another employee, he begins to suspect that the much admired head of the organization is not all he appears. He is torn between his loyalty to his new friend and benefactor, and his growing fear that the man has overstepped the laws of man and God. The story line is well drawn. When I read the last page, I was delighted to remember that there is a sequel--Tarnished Image--which I am now devouring!
Rating: Summary: Excellent, tightly written mystery! Review: What an excellent, tighly written, well crafted novel! An excellent turn-pager--I couldn't put it down. Al Gansky's use of the English language was refreshing as well as well done!
