Review: After reading "Love Letter to God," I felt like I'd connected with God from the inside out. Lynn's profound way with words expresses her fears, hopes, and heart in such a way that I felt free to tunnel into my emotions by being open to what God wants to teach me. I learned from her vulnerability, which was expressed in such a poetic way. It reminded me of Michangelo creating his masterpieces--they were beautiful to behold.

Review: I add my voice of praise to the other reviewers already before me. Lynn Morrissey's gorgeous book, "Love Letters to God" is beautiful inside and out. Lynn's background includes music, which is evident as one reads her lyrical, poetic heart-prayers to God. Her words simply sing. So does the exquisite art work by the gifted Katia Andreeva. The combination of these two talented women was definitely heaven-sent. This book touched and challenged me (but not in a guilty 'you must!' way) to go deeper and richer in my prayer life with God--through the written word. How inspired! This beautiful book will inspire you and your friends as well to do the same. A perfect gift for Easter, Mother's Day, or birthdays. I highly recommend it.

She presents the joy of writing prayers through ten chapters full of rich imagery, appropriate quotations and her own encounters with God. The art by Katia Andreeva is soft and vibrant, a perfect complement to Lynn's poignant essays about expectations, loss, family, pain, blessing and seeing God's hand. Two special areas of transparency make this book a vehicle of hope for women scarred by bad choices. Any woman, however, will benefit from Lynn's passion to transform our prayer lives by writing out prayers.

Review: Lynn Morrisey has written a masterpiece of a book on prayer!In this "lovely on the inside, lovely on the outside" wonderful book, Lynn offers patterns to follow for deeper intimacy through written prayers. I thought I knew how to pray to my heavenly Father- but, this book helped me reach the potential in prayer that I believe God destined for me. I have always prayed, but now I absolutely love the encouragement I received to actually write love letters of prayers to the Lord. Pouring out my heartfelt messages on paper has put into words to God the deepest longings of my soul in such a clear-cut manner. Like Lynn says, "(you) become quiet enough to receive His blessings in the midst of uncertainity and trial, in order that the spiritual butterflies of joy and peace might alight..."
