Review: If you`ve ever gone to Pastor Wayne`s church you`ll find a joyous celebration of God and easily digestible biblical teaching. If you`ve ever met Pastor Wayne or spent time in his leadership trainings, you`ll find a serious committed Christian who has devoted his entire life to fulfilling the Great Commission. Though his message delivery is easy and friendly, his motivation and commitment is as strong as a sledgehammer.

It`s not any wonder that his church aggressively plants churches throughout the world and trains many many Pastors to lead Great Commission churches of their own...the answer lies in the fact that He wants to release God`s dreams for each and every person, and he gives us a methodology to do it.

This book may seem too simplistic and easy for some readers, but that`s the beauty of it. Pick it up to learn some gems that will be sure to help your life, your attitude and your ministry. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Review: Sometimes my wife and I take our kids out for a Sunday drive -- no particular destination in mind, just going where the mood takes us. Some drives have been quite memorable, while others are easily forgotten. Looking back on all of our Sunday drives, we have a generally positive feeling, but an overall lack of substance. We could likely generate more life-altering memories in one well-planned two week vacation than a lifetime of Sunday drives.

The Dream Releasers is a Sunday drive. There are strong points tucked in behind some flowery metaphors, but more often than not I found myself wondering where I was, and where the author was trying to take me. There is substance, but it's not clearly presented.

The idea behind this book is great -- by helping others realize their true potential, you unleash your own potential. It is aimed primarily at pastors and lay ministers who wish to expand their sphere of influence by developing others. But rather than a passionate plea from a concerned friend, Dream Releasers came across to me as a distant, tired sermon. It stumbles out of the gate and never quite gains its full stride. Worth reading once, but not twice.

Review: This book is not just another "feel good" book. This book can change your life if you let it. It will open your mind to the possiblities of accomplishing everything you always wanted to. This book is very different than inspirational "hype", or pop culture feel good stuff--This deals directly with your heart and the motivation on why and how you can accomplish something. Once you heard Dr. Cordeiro speak in person, you will know that his books can be nothing less than God given guidence for your life. I highly reccomend this book and all of Dr. Cordeiro's other books as well. Especially great for leaders and pastors, but was written in a fashion that even a young person can understand. You have to be a lunatic to say this book has done nothing for you... Two thumbs up!
