Summary: Down To Earth!
Review: I like this book because it gave me a new perspective on how to handle tragedy. There are so many examples given in our life today and in bible times. It shows how people handled difficulties and what made them overcomers! After reading this book, I feel that I am so much stronger. I feel that I would be prepared in handling the problems life throws at us. I have the hope that God is in control and I have more faith that "come what may", God CAN and does deliver and restore his people. I am left with the thought that if disater strikes, I can find peace and comfort in knowing that I have a God who cares and who will never leave me. You can stand on His promises, and His word NEVER comes back void! He won't let you down if you stand on His word, He can't. That is GREAT news! This book made me look back on my life and all the troubles that I have had and re-examine them and see how God really did bring good out of them, even though it didn't seem like it at the time. The enemy brings them for our destruction, but God uses these circumstances to show us HIS power and HIS love! AWESOME!
