Review: Step Forward is not for anyone who wants a quick fix without working for it. This is an excellent book (and series) and is the only one I know of that approaches the emotional issues that cause us to overeat, as well as the physical and the spiritual. This book can stand alone for a 12 week study or can be used in the series for a year long study. I have completed this series several times and have kept my weight off. I have tried many weight loss programs and this one is the best.

Review: This program has done so much for me in addition to weight loss. I have lost 63 pounds so far and am in the 4th book. More than the weight loss, it has caused me to draw closer to the Lord than I ever have before. What a wonderful surprise!
