Review: I think that overall the book was ok. If you are just starting out, need a detailed plan, or have a large group this book may help you. If you have a small group or if you're trying to go deeper with your youth leaders then this book would be a better reference book then a "game plan". In short, it only skims the top of what leadership is. I feel it doesn't allow you to totally cultivate and tap-in-to the full leadership potential of your youth leaders.

Review: I thought this was one of the most helpful resources on developing and discipling kids I have ever seen. Thanks so much for helping me be more effective with my students.
