Review: If your spirit is feeling dry or you are feeling unloved or unlovable, this book is just what you need! This is written by someone in Christian leadership, who probably looked like she had it all together, but still felt dry and broken inside. Her honesty about her struggles is refreshing. And the hope that this book offers is much needed. I would highly recommend this book and it makes a great gift too!

Summary: Just What I Needed!
Review: This book by Ruth Senter really focuses on the disillusions that can come when we have a picture of God that is not true. It addresses issues such as insecurity, feeling overworked, lack of faith, apathy and confusion in relation to our faith. She speaks to each one of these issue as if God himself were speaking to you. I found this a very insightful and restorative book for my faith. The author does an excellent job of capturing the truth by putting it as if coming from the mouth of God himself. I felt as though He were speaking to me through it and was very comforted by that. I would highly recommend it!
