Summary: Good book! Interesting, informative and not "typical"
Review: There are real jewels in here. You can tell he really cares about people and helping them find their truth. In person Art is incredibly insightful, definately speaks his mind and will go as far as necessary to help you "get it." I would have liked some more hard-core exercises, the ones in here definately work. The book rambles a bit in places but is well worth the effort.
