Rating: Summary: Submission Was Never a Dirty Word! Review: Dale Evrist is my pastor, so I naturally wanted to check out his first venture in book writing. "The Mighty Hand of God" was truly time well spent, both for the writer & the reader. Pastor Evrist uses humor and real life examples to drive his points home. The subject of destiny is one all of us grapple with in some form or fashion, & Evrist addresses in a bold but compassionate manner the fears we all have about purpose but are afraid to vocalize. "The Mighty Hand of God" successfully defuses the stigma of submission to God & His Will for our lives as a life of drudgery & despair, replacing the misconception with an all-encompassing vision of the joy, consuming passion, & fulfillment we can experience under God's Hand of promotion, provision, protection, power, & purpose. Way to go, Pastor Dale!
