Review: I found this book while waiting for a prescription in a drug store. I just opened it and began reading pages randomly. It really spoke to me, addressing many of my feelings during a harried holiday season. The many chapters are divided into topics such as renewal, relationships, health, speaking up, and holding on. There are four pages in every chapter, each page opening with a scripture passage followed by a brief but insightful meditation.

I pick the book up whenever I have a couple of free minutes and either seek out a particular topic or just open randomly to a page. It helps me to keep focus on what's important in life. I'm buying lots of copies for my women friends!
