Summary: Sickening.....and WRONG
Review: I only got to around page 15 in this abomination of a book before I put it where it belongs---in my kitchen wastebasket. This terrible book teaches that a "true Christian" has to tell his family and friends that if they don't "accept Jesus as their Savior", they're going to "Hell", where they'll be tormented day and night in unimaginable agony for "eternity". Borthwick himself criticizes the Biblically correct doctrine of universal salvation (all people, whether Christian or not in this present life, will eventually be saved) as not being Biblical, but of course provides ZERO proof. This inability to conclusively prove anything is typical of evangelical Conservative "Christians".

Borthwick claims that the teaching of eternal torment will keep people from committing crimes and causing trouble. Bullroar. Crimes will continue whether Hell is taught or not. His basic and central point is that you MUST get your family and friends to "accept" Jesus before it's "too late". This is also unbiblical. The whole book is unbiblical. It is typical crap coming out of ChristenDUMB.

Borthwick is teaching the most demonic and unscriptural teaching imaginable. L. Ray Smith, the founder of the excellent website, bible-truths.com, would win a debate with Borthwick HANDS DOWN. Smith's site is INFINITELY SUPERIOR to the garbage Borthwick preaches. Sorry, Paul, but your book is full of BAD news, NOT the TRUE Good News of the universal salvation given to all through the Lord Jesus Christ.
