Review: MYMC was a thoroughly enjoyable read. Its format makes it easy to pick up and put down with ease, and the contents are extremely practical, often addressing the mundane issues of ministry life that other authors might consider too unspiritual to write on. While consistently Biblically based, Woodruff never takes himself too seriously (I laughed out loud on several occasions). The management advice was aimed at youth pastors like me by someone who obviously has "been there," yet was broad enough that non-youth pastors would benefit by its wisdom. I would highly recommend this book!
