Summary: Absolutely Brutal Satire
Review: Pat Mills is one of the most vicious satirists in any medium anywhere in the world, and Marshal Law has to be his finest work. On the surface, it's a mere parody of superhero comics, but Mills digs beneath the surface to show the true horrors of politics and religion. Kevin O'Neill's art is the perfect compliment. I won't give away the plot -- just believe me when I tell you that anyone who's ever read a Superman comic or wants to know the truth about our culture and society should check out Marshal Law.
