Review: Charlie Brown goes to a Sports Banquet with Linus and Snoopy in hopes of seeing his hero Joe Shabotnik. Snoopy gets reported to the Head Beagle by Frieda (those 2 never did get along!)for not meeting his quota for rabbit chasing. Later, Snoopy is elected as Head Beagle (but finds the job tedious) and gets nominated Rookie of the Year! Linus is bribed by his grandmother to give up that old trusted blanket (give it up, Grandma!). Lucy takes care of Snoopy when Charlie Brown is away on vacation ("If you were my dog, I'd fix you good!"). And finally, you'll get a sneak preview of It Was a Dark and Stormy Night!
