The scope of the companion book and the artifacts on this CD ROM are to get you to levels 2 and 3. The content is well thought out and highly focused. While this CD ROM provides a degree of value without the companion book, it becomes especially valuable when used in conjunction with it. The combination is not going to automatically get you to level 2 or 3--that takes a commitment to perform, leadership and hard work--but it will save you a significant amount of time and will provide a clear roadmap.
