Review: The solutions to exercises would be made available to instructors on A-W Web page. PowerPoint presentations of the class lectures that I have used will also be put on the Web that both students and lectures can access for classroom use. Review: This is a good book to buy that covers the topic of NM. It is packed with examples and useful information and references. It covers the old standards and it shows how the standard has progress over the years. The references are great also; b/c there is so much to say about this topic.
