Summary: Poor, very poor...
Review: I was attracted to this book because it seemed to have a lot of information in one convenient place. Unfortunately, the text is so badly written that, at times, it's hard to understand what the author is trying to say. She repeats herself, she uses acronyms without defining them, and the overall effect is more like a long, rambling piece of gossip than a well-thought-out technical presentation.

I don't know anything about Ms. Osterloh's background, but from her writing style I can only assume that she isn't a native speaker of English. Her live classroom trainings and her video tapes have gotten such high praise that I can think of no other reason why her book would be so poor. SAMS really should have gotten a technical writer/editor to work with her.
